The modified “P Line” is based upon the earlier standard belt construction with a tension member of highly oriented polyamide single width sheet & is equipped with newer elastomer friction coatings. Both faces are textured uniformly making symmetric belt design possible. The “P Line” has better tracking properties, dimensional stability & flexibility thanks to the modification of its polyamide tension member.

The state of art innovative “E Line” sets new standards thanks to their highly modular, thermoplastic tension member of polyester fabric/cords. This combines the dual benefits of the polyamide sheet constructions, such as good damping properties & greater security against breakage, with higher power transmission & small pulley diameters. The tension member design with its straight polyester warp threads provides a linear belt pull/elongation ratio, with high lateral tear strength & edge stability. The use of thermoplastic materials in the belt makes it possible to splice them endless simply with a flexible Z splice. The splice with uniform thickness guarantees long service life & reduces operational noise.

NTB-BIGSPIN new generation spindle tapes are offered in both Nylon & Polyester tension membranes. In comparison with conventional cotton tapes, Polyamide spindle tapes are coated with special synthetic polymer to offer better friction covers with higher grip to transmit maximum power without slippage. The introduction of Polyester spindle tapes have created a rage with higher energy savings and longer lasting performance. The wear resistant polyurethane coating on pulley face & impregnated polyester/cotton fabric construction on wharves side are more resistant to the damp atmospheric conditions in spinning.
