Battery Grid Pasting Belts |

We offer new generation Polyester Felt Battery Pasting Belts for Grid Pasting Machines used in Automotive & Industrial Battery manufacturing units. These Belts have higher abrasion resistance as against conventional Cotton Pasting Belts. The hardness of this belt enhances resistance to wear with additional advantage of smaller consumption of paste which imperatively reduces the cost of production. This effectively increases life of belt & apparently decreases downtime in replacing conventional belts frequently. Hence it fits to your requirements & makes it perfectly suitable for battery pasting equipment in your kind of application.
Added to this advantages, our Belts are TRULY ENDLESS which gives uniform thickness along the length of belt. It ensures even pasting in all Grid Plates which helps in maintaining consistency in Quality of plates pasted.

TRACON TEXTILE PRINTING BLANKETS for Flat Bed & Rotary printing machines are new generation TPU Blankets. NTB presents this blankets specially imported from SAMPLA BELTING, Italy.
Highly specialized & developed technological production processes make the SAMPLA PRINTING BLANKETS one of the most advanced products in this field. The belt has excellent resistance to oils, greases & to the chemicals normally used in the fabric printing industry. The traction core of the belt is made of 2 polyester fabrics with rigid weft & high dimensional stability, which ensures smooth running & constancy of shaft load on the driving drum & constant resistance to elongation under invariable load once the correct fitting tension is reached.
The high tensile polyester core & special polyurethane top cover, makes it special over Conventional Rubber Blankets with 7-8 plies of cotton as tension core. The lowest tolerance in pitch line deviation transmits uniform circumference speed hence exact print quality. Moreover this, dimensional stability of this blankets doesn’t require often re-tensioning of blanket.
At present, the blanket can be supplied in width up to 3200mm. As per customer needs, we offer both Aramide & Non-Aramide types.
